Returning unwanted goods
For contracts concluded as of 13 June 2014, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days. This "cooling off" period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. However, if this period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day.
Please note that you may not use goods that you have received before deciding to withdraw from the purchase. The right to withdraw exists to allow you to examine the product in the same way as you would in a shop, not to give you 14 days free use.
How to do a return?

  • Please return the goods in their original packaging that is not damaged.


1. Legal guarantee
Under EU rules you have the right to a minimum two-year guarantee. The two-year guarantee period starts as soon as you receive your goods

  • First 6 months: “If an item you bought turns out to be faulty or does not look or work as advertised, the seller must repair or replace it free of charge or give you a full refund or reduction in price.” In order to benefit from his rights, the consumer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within a period of two months from the date on which he detected such lack of conformity.
  • After 6 months: “After six months you need to prove yourself that the defect already existed on receipt of the goods, for example, by showing that the defect is due to the poor quality of materials used.”

2. Commercial guarantee
Follow Fast ® warrants that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery  ("the Warranty Period").
If a defect in the product arises within the Warranty Period, Follow Fast ® will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws:

  • Repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or component;


  • Refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective Product.

This Warranty does not apply where:

  • Instructions for use and activation of the Product are not complied with;
  • Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control;
  • Damage caused by natural wear and tear of the product;
  • Consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that wear out in the course of time, unless the defect occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports and torn straps;
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid, water, fire, earthquake or other external causes;
  • Damage caused by unauthorized service (upgrades and expansions)

Our Liability
Our entire liability to you under these general terms and conditions and returns policy shall not exceed the price paid for the goods you have purchased through Follow Fast Shop Online.
We will not be liable to you for any loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, and goodwill or business opportunity, for any injury to your reputation or for any losses that are not reasonably foreseeable by both of us at the time your order is accepted. 

Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with these general terms and conditions or the Delivery, Return & Refund policy if the delay or failure arises from any event which is beyond our reasonable control. Such events would include (but are not limited to) fires, floods, earthquakes, storms, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, acts of terrorism or malicious damage to or destruction of our premises, equipment or goods.  

In the event that one or more of the terms set out in these general terms and conditions or in the returns policy is held to be invalid by a competent authority, the remaining terms shall continue to have effect and you will still be bound by them. 

Prepaid sim
We deliver our devices in Belgium with a prepaid SIM. The first time we will upload the prepaid amount and do the configuration of the SIM card. Afterwards the customer is responsible to upload the prepaid sim himself on the website of Scarlet. We explain in the user manual how this needs to be done.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Belgian law. Each of us agrees to bring legal actions relating to these general terms and conditions and the returns policy.

We have the right at any time to modify or stop providing Follow Fast Shop Online and to stop selling any or all goods through it, either temporarily or permanently and with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of availability of Follow Fast Shop Online. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times. You agree to let us know as soon as possible if you know or reasonably suspect that the security of your account is at risk. 

Eligibility to order goods 
You may only purchase if you are aged 18 years or over.

Placing your order 
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us. 

Order acceptance
Acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the goods to you.

You can pay for your goods by choosing one of following payment methods:

  • Payment via credit card
  • Payment via PayPal
  • Shipping after payment via bank transfer. Please contact us for this.

Price list
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of Belgian VAT and other applicable taxes.

Pricing errors 
Whilst we try to ensure that all the prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. You will then be given the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email.
